Recycling and social, environmental and economic responsibility were, in the past, concepts that helped to summarize a sustainable vision of our future. Today, however, they are ubiquitous values in our daily lives. This concern is reflected in our own core, and has a profound impact on the way we plan all areas of our activity.
Aware of the importance of a minimal waste process, we implement daily practices when dealing with the raw ingredients used in the preparation of the most diverse elements of our dishes. We believe that the food we deliver benefits from this vision, which is thus enhanced by already premium solutions, in taste and presentation.
We feel that we can be part of the change, from the materials we use for our packaging (between cardboard and compostable material), to the recycling bins we have for our own use. From composting through the use of organic leftovers, up to the separation and treatment and of the oils used in the kitchen, to transform into cleaning products, biological and non-aggressive to the environment.
